Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Infamous Swim Wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Returns Portal at infamousswimwears.com and follow the instructions.
- Pack your return securely, including the original order details.
- Ship your return using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
